How do you lock the cap on bed head shampoo?

I have Moisture Maniac shampoo and conditioner and was wondering after you pull the pump thing up, how do you push it back down to lock it?How do you lock the cap on bed head shampoo?

I think you just push it back down and twist the pump, it should lock down.
