When removing a dark color from hair can I use a bleach cap, if so do I use shampoo and bleach, than filler?

how do i make a bleach cap and how long do I leave it in the hair. What I'm trying to do is remove the black hair color which was applied to cover red highlights.When removing a dark color from hair can I use a bleach cap, if so do I use shampoo and bleach, than filler?
bleach cap or shampoo cocktail will remove most of the black but leave you with a red orange base, What filler are you using, what is your target color? If you are not aware of the color compensation you need to achieve the result you want I suggest you see a color specialist. You will make a mess of your color if you are not trained in corrective procedures.
